Denny's Venice Grand Canal Mall

It’s a Denny’s. So 4 Star is probably stretching it a bit but for the novelty of seeing one in Asia and being able to share that with my Vietnamese companion who had never been. The Hash Browns, the whole point of the visit, were just not what they should have been…but that is likely due to frying with a healthier Oil than whatever toxic sludge is allowed by Law in Florida, USA. Overall, worth the extra calories and tasty.

Denny’s is a great spot for breakfast, brunch, or even a late-night snack since they’re open 24 hours a day. Their pancakes stand out—fluffy, filling, and packed with great flavor. You can expect quality food and good value for money with most of their dishes. However, the set meal for two was underwhelming in portion size—it felt more like a single serving, which makes it unsuitable if you’re very hungry. Overall, Denny’s is reliable for classic diner fare, but choose carefully if you’re looking for hearty portions.

I am not a fan of Dennys but they are 24 hrs open so, we chose this. I think they are understaffed. They have 1 waiter, 1 supervisor I think and maybe 2 kitchen staff. I can see that they are already equipped in handling this store even though that they are understaffed. The service maybe slow but we understand. It is no biggie since what we ask, was brought or was being solved quickly. My friend’s Hamburg Steak was medium rare or kinda rare in the middle, so she did not finish her food. We asked the waiter if they can reheat it so it will be well done. But to our surprise, they gave us a new order of Hamburg Steak! They did not have to do that yet, they extended their service way beyond our expectation. Thank you for that. Also, I love their coffee and bread and butter, but you have to ask for the refills because they won’t give you any if you won’t ask. Their food is just ok. The fries with my burger are like the fries in the supermarket. But the buns are good! Kudos to their service! Thanks, again.

Denny’s McKinley Breakfast Review If you’re craving a classic American breakfast, Denny’s McKinley is a solid spot to start your day. Part of the Bistro Group, this place serves up comforting breakfast staples all day. We tried their Breakfast in Bread—a tasty combo of toasted bread, egg, and bacon, served with fries. It was simple but satisfying. The bread was perfectly crisp, and the egg and bacon hit the right flavors. They also have an All-Day Promo for P375, which includes onion rings and the pork belly crunch. The pork belly was crispy and flavorful—worth the extra P50 add-on. The onion rings were golden and crunchy too. While waiting, they serve complimentary pandesal with butter, a nice touch you won’t always get elsewhere. And if you order from their breakfast menu, you get free brewed coffee, which makes the meal feel even more complete. Service was quick and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, Denny’s McKinley is a good place to enjoy a hearty breakfast with great value and cozy vibes.

My friends and I enjoyed Dennys offered meal with free coffee. It was just less than 500 PHP per pax. It is normally expected to spend a lot in Dennys and it is really worth it esp with their delectable dishes. Must try their Crispy Pork Belly Crunch the servings is large as well. Calamares is also a stand out for me. It is just the temperature is hot that it affects the dining exp. Great service as well.
